I’m worried about the security of my facility. Are you insured?
We are fully insured and bonded. All of our service providers are trained in proper security procedures and ensuring your facility is safe and secure while our crew performs their work. After our services are completed, our checklist and operating procedures ensure any alarms are re-activated, lights are off, and all doors are locked and double-checked.
What makes MBM Services different from other janitorial service or cleaning companies?
We’ve been providing service locally and directly to our customers for 30 years. Yes. Depending on the size of your facility, the variety of spaces within (desks, offices, common areas, bathrooms, warehouse space, storage) and frequency of use of those spaces, we can tailor a unique janitorial service and cleaning scope for you specifically. We offer services every other week, weekly, or multiple times per week and are happy to make adjustments to our schedule as you may need.

As a speciality provider across a wide array of facilities, the cleaning products we use will vary by facility. All of our products are ecologically friendly, and ensure proper disinfection and sanitation of high-touch areas.
